Grade 4- WorkSheet - shortcut/compress/control panel

Shortcut is a fast way to access to your file from anywhere of the computer while the compressed file has less size than the original one, so you can use it when sending email, Now do the following:

Practical:

You have a folder name “Grade4” in My Documents folder

1.     Shortcuts

1-      Create a shortcut directly on the desktop

2-      Create a shortcut in the same place of the original

2. Compressed Files and Folders

3-    Compress the folder “Grade4”

4-    Extract one file from the compressed folder

5-    Extract all files from the compressed folder

6-    Change the name of the compressed folder into “your name compressed”

7-      What is the size of the original and compressed folder

Size of the original folder	Size of the compressed folder

8-    Delete the shortcut and the compressed folders

9-      Get only your compressed back after you delete it

2. Control Panel 

10-  Change the time of your computer

11-  Change the date of your computer

12-  Change the time zone of your computer

13-  Create your own favorite desktop

14-  Change the size of the icons to Small

Grade4 -Folder Worksheet

Step 1

Create a new folder in My Documents and name it “Grade4”.

Choose some of your favorite files and move it to “Grade4” folder.

Step 2

Now compress the folder “Grade4” and name the new folder “Grade4 Compressed”.

Step 3

Extract one file from the compressed folder “Grade4” and put it in the documents.

Step 4

Extract all files from the compressed folder “Grade4” and put them in the documents.

Step 5

Rename the folder “Grade4” into “Grade4 new”
